Emily’s musical career started at the tender age of three with a Fischer Price rainbow-colored xylophone toy piano. She experimented with different arts in her late preteen years., but after a disheartening failure as a sculptor, she decided to refocus on music and picked up the violin. After graduating from 3rd grade, she studied at the world-famous School for Creative and Performing Arts. There she rubbed shoulders with the would-be-famous-if-they-were-10-years-older crowd. At 13, Emily almost gave up the violin completely to pursue a career as a middle-school actress. But yet another break through revealed her love for the violin. At 18, Emily traveled to the great Pacific orthwestern city of Seattle. Here she started playing small venues and even started to dabble in composition. After two years, she started to take to the streets more and more, dedicating her time to spreading her neo-classical improvisations. It was during this time that she started to separate herself from the realm of classical music and dedicated more and more time to genres such as jazz and blues.
As time has progressed, Emily has found herself pursuing acting yet again. Mixed with the prospect of puppetry, anything can happen. Stay tuned to see what happens next.
